Rooms are cozy and well designed. The service is slow and i had to call a number of times to make them do the job. It took them 4 calls to bring bucket to the room. 40 minutes to fix the shower tap that was broken. And later also want repaired properly and broke again. I couldn't use the shower due to that. 10 minutes to bring dental kit which is supposed to be there before guest arrives. I believe they don't check the rooms and prepare before the check in. Moreover nobody accompanied me to room when i arrived they simply handed the keys and told the room no. Neither did they bothered to take the luggage as i departed. Good Location 👍. Well appointed rooms. Parking lot though small but ok. Banquet Hall also available for some parties. Lift is in working condition. Staff and management is good and WiFi is available 😊.I think the room lighting needs improvement. To me it appeared on the lower side. The mattress is of spring type of good thickness but it's time now to change, as sagging is evident. The room sofas also need cleaning and the carpet of lobby as well as of the lift carpet of Tower 2 also need proper cleaning. I stayed in Room No.512. for a wedding. Overall good stay. Food was good and quick service 👌.read more
